Yesterday, students completed a short story flow chart on the story, Sing to the Stars. They had to answer the following components. See if your child can fill in the blanks.
- Title, Author
- Favorite Character, What he or she like?
- Where did the story happen?
- What happened? Beginning, Middle, End
- What will happen next?
- What was your favorite part?
- What was something you learned?
- How well did you like the story? Why?
I am glad we did the flow charts. I liked it because we had to think of the main idea and not the little details. It makes me think harder and I like that!
ReplyDeleteIn the beginning Mr.Washington heard ephram coming by the beat of his suitcase patting his leg. In the middle Mr. washington told ephram theres a concert and anybody can play. in the end they went to the concert and it was finally ephrams time to play music and the lights went out.
